Alexei received his BA from the University of Cambridge in 2002 and then continued to achieve academic success through his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2007. Alexei began his career in investment banking, working as an Associate at Morgan Stanley where he executed multiple landmark cross-border M&A deals and IPOs with a total value exceeding $20 billion. He played a key role in the expansion of Morgan Stanley's CIS business for seven years. For the next eight years, Alexei took on management roles in Business Operations and Corporate Development where he now works as the Director of BG Strategic Advisors.

In addition to his operational experience, Alexei is an active angel investor and advisor who provides initial seed money for startup businesses. He has invested in over a dozen startups across fintech, biotech, and SaaS. As an advisor, he works closely with founders on fundraising, product strategy, and scaling their leadership teams.
Drawing from his experiences in business management and application development, Alexei co-founded the organization Keedgo in 2015, an app that connects parents with after-school activities for their children. From 2016 to 2018, Keedgo raised a total of $707,000 in funding over just four rounds. With two investors including AltaIR Capital and AvanTech Ventures, Alexei created a dominant force in the application business market. With over 714 competitors, Keedgo consistently ranks among the top 25%, continuing to generate business revenue.
Alexei frequently speaks at tech and startup events about entrepreneurship and writes on his blog. His goal is to inspire more young entrepreneurs to take the leap and begin building bold businesses.
Outside of work, Alexei is an avid runner who enjoys pushing his physical limits in marathons and ultramarathons. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
